THE REVOLUTION RECOVERY PROCESS

We start with an engineered inspection of the aluminum drum core, center holes, key slot, cams and hardware parts for ability to be replaced or reconditioned.

Old rubber pads are replaced with new sponge/ vulcanized rubber that meets or exceeds OEM specifications. The new rubber sheets are applied with REVOLUTION adhesives and cured in our ovens to set the bond.

Cured drums are ground to drum diameter specification.

Worn cams are replaced. Worn center holes are bored and fit with a bushing.

Every drum is dynamically balanced on both sides to assure vibration-free operation.
